AMP-IoTG
4G WBTMS Gateway for Wireless Temperature MonitoringThe AMP-IoTG collects data from Amptronics wireless sensors and sends it over the 4G cellular network to the cloud. It brings busbar, bus duct and panel temperature and humidity readings to a dashboard you can open from anywhere, with no local server or network cabling needed at site.
- Receives encrypted (AES-128) data from BBS350BT, BBS350CT, AMP-WRHTC and AMP-WM2THC sensors
- Sends data over 4G: just add a SIM, the antennas and power
- Live readings, alarms, trends and reports on the cloud dashboard
- Remote sensor parameter updates through the gateway
Your switchgear temperatures, anywhere
In a wireless busbar temperature monitoring system (WBTMS), sensors fitted on busbars, bus ducts and inside panels report temperature and humidity wirelessly. The AMP-IoTG is the link between those sensors and the cloud: it receives their encrypted readings and forwards them over the 4G cellular network.
Because it uses its own cellular connection, the gateway works without a local server, IT network or new cabling, which makes it ideal for substations, remote sites and buildings where connecting to the plant network is difficult. Insert a data SIM, connect the RF and GSM antennas and a 9–24 V DC supply, and data starts flowing.
On the cloud dashboard your team sees live temperatures, alarms and trends for every monitored joint, gets alerts by email or SMS, and can update sensor parameters remotely through the gateway.
